Data Billing Service

Service Description

The data billing service will be able to assist you in resolving any question or comment regarding pass-through recharges that appear on the OAAIS recharge statement.

We can also provide you with a personalized web page inside MySoft Online ( available at https://enscom.ucsf.edu/login.html ) that will allow you to see a history of your OAAIS recharges.  This web site will also enable you to run many OAAIS recharge related reports.

Hours of Availability

All data billing services phone and email support are available from 8:00AM to 4:30PM.  The personalized web site is normally available 24X7 but may be brought down for occasional software/hardware updates.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer will need to provide the fund/DPA/program code related to any inquiry, dispute, or request.

If the customer would like to request a personalized web site, the department code or fund/DPA/program code(s) will need to be provided by the customer.

How Do We Charge?

Data related products/services are recharged on a pass-through basis.

Data charges may be viewed by logging on to Mysoft Online https://enscom.ucsf.edu/login.html and accessing the web invoices under the My Invoices menu item.
