Voice Billing Service
Service Description
The voice billing service provides assistance for any voice or phone related inquiry, billing dispute, or detailed recharge statement access issue. If you have any question or comment regarding recharges that appear on the OAAIS recharge statement we will be able to assist you in resolving the issue.
We can also provide you with a personalized web page inside MySoft Online ( available at https://enscom.ucsf.edu/login.html ) that will allow you to see a history of your OAAIS recharges. This web site will also enable you to run many OAAIS recharge related reports.
Hours of Availability
All voice billing services phone and email support are available from 8:00AM to 4:30PM. The personalized web site is normally available 24 x 7 but may be brought down for occasional software/hardware updates.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer will need to provide the telephone number related to any inquiry, dispute, or request.
If the customer would like to request a personalized web site, the department code or fund/DPA/program code(s) will need to be provided by the customer.
How Do We Charge?
Voice related products/services are billed at duly approved recharge rates. These are the current rates for a number of telephony services.
Voice charges may be viewed by logging on to Mysoft Online https://enscom.ucsf.edu/login.html and accessing the web invoices under the My Invoices menu item.
