Password Reset Tool User Guide

To set up your profile, enter your email account username in the Account name field. Your account username must be entered using the standard domain\[username] format where domain = 'campus'.
Click the Proceed button.
Select your account from the displayed list. If you do not see your account listed, click the Search Again button.
At the Welcome screen, click the Create Profile button.
Enter the existing password for your account and click the Next button.
For security reasons, we recommend not storing/caching your account password in your web browser.
Check the Mask Input box.
Select your ‘Challenge Questions’ from the drop-down menus and enter your answers in the respective fields.

Click the Proceed button.
The Answer and Confirm Answer fields must match in order to successfully set up your profile. If you receive this error notification, click the OK button and re-enter the referenced field(s).
Click the Proceed button.
Congratulations! Your profile has been set up.
Click the Home button.
The home page provides access to functions for managing your account.
- Password Reset: Use this function to change or reset your current password.
- Unlock: Use this function to unlock your account.
- Examine: This function provides some troubleshooting assistance in the event that your account gets locked out frequently.
- Change Profile: Use this function to keep your personal profile questions up-to-date.
- Logoff: Click the Logoff button when you are finished.
