Change to the Contact Number to Report Information Security Problems
To date OAAIS Enterprise Information Security (EIS) has advertised 415-514-3333 as a contact number to report incidents or inquire about EIS services.
Effective immediately - Monday, February 11, 2008 - the purpose of this telephone line is being redefined to the following uses ONLY:
1. As an alternate line to receive calls during significant events (e.g. receive inquiries regarding a significant breach where notification is required);
2. To update the UCSF community regarding security events, e.g. major network outages that affect the entire campus.
