APServiceDesk: Emails Being Returned
What’s Happening:
Some email sent to specific accounts in the Controller's Office is being
returned as "non-deliverable." The accounts affected are:
This can occur for Outlook users on any of the UCSF Exchange email systems. Old contact list and "auto-complete" entries you have for these accounts may not be functioning correctly.
How to Correct This:
In the event that you experience problems sending email to these accounts,
please re-select the account from the Global Address List, then resend your
email.
