APServiceDesk: Emails Being Returned

What’s  Happening:
Some email sent to specific accounts in the Controller's Office is being returned as "non-deliverable."   The accounts affected are:

APServiceDesk@ucsf.edu APServiceDesk@accounting.ucsf.edu
StateAirFare@ucsf.edu StateAirFare@accounting.ucsf.edu
SpeedChart@ucsf.edu SpeedChart@accounting.ucsf.edu
Vendors@ucsf.edu Vendors@accounting.ucsf.edu
Disbursements@ucsf.edu Disbursements@accounting.ucsf.edu

This can occur for Outlook users on any of the UCSF Exchange email systems. Old contact list and "auto-complete" entries you have for these accounts may not be functioning correctly. 

How to Correct This:
In the event that you experience problems sending email to these accounts, please re-select the account from the Global Address List, then resend your email.
