WHAT'S HAPPENING:

OAAIS will perform maintenance on the Remedy database.

WHEN:

Sunday, November 18, 2007, from 8:00 a.m. to Noon

IMPACT:

During this outage window, access to all Remedy related applications

will be unavailable, including the following:

* Remedy ITSM and custom applications

* Online Customer Support at help.ucsf.edu

* Remedy web access at remedy.ucsf.edu


* Customer Support Satisfaction Surveys

* USAM Pager Ordering

* OAAIS Security Network Device Registration

* Possible intermittent access to directory.ucsf.edu

Please report any connectivity issues beyond the times identified above
to OAAIS Customer Support at 514-4100, option 2.
