Network Maintenance: Mission Bay on August 13 - 14, 2008

WHAT'S HAPPENING:

OAAIS Enterprise Network Services (ENS) will perform router upgrades at Mission Bay QB3 Server Room 101 and Genentech Hall Server Room S-241.

WHEN:
QB3 Server Room 101 - Wednesday, August 13, from 8:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Genentech Hall Server Room S241 - Thursday, August 14, from 9:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

IMPACT:

During the maintenance window, network access to the server may be available but is not guaranteed. Please report any connectivity issues beyond the times identified above to OAAIS Customer Support at 514-4100, option 2.
