Firmware 7.4.1 for Apple's Time Capsule and AirPort Base Station (802.11n*)
Apple has released security update “APPLE-SA-2009-03-05 Time Capsule and AirPort Base Station (802.11n*) Firmware 7.4.1” to announce the release of security enhancements to protect all users against multiple vulnerabilities. The most severe vulnerabilities could allow a remote, unauthenticated attacker to cause a denial of service attack, observe private network traffic, or inject forged packets

AFFECTED SOFTWARE:
Firmware 7.4.1 for:
o Time Capsule
o AirPort Extreme Base Station (802.11n*)
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO PROTECT YOUR SYSTEM:
Apple recommends that AirPort Utility 5.4.1 be installed before upgrading to Firmware version 7.4.1.
1. Do NOT take action if you have a Computer Support Coordinator (CSC); your CSC will apply the update for you or assist in instructing you.
2. If you do not have a CSC, updates may be obtained from the Apple Downloads site.
