Advance System Rollout Begins March 23, 2009
WHAT’S HAPPENING:
In collaboration with the Vice Provost Academic Affairs (VPAA) office, OAAIS Application Services is rolling out the web-based Advance Faculty Information System to all faculty, academics and academic personnel administrators, in three phases.
WHEN:
Phase I will take place in three stages:
- Monday, March 23 through Friday, April 3, 2009 - User Acceptance Testing
* testing participants in departments have already been notified
- Monday, April 13 through Friday, April 24, 2009 - Limited Production Rollout
- Monday, April 27, 2009 - Full Production Rollout

During the User Acceptance Testing stage, please contact the Advance Project Team at AdvanceProject@ucsf.edu or Todd Lawrence at 415-476-6591 for support. Support for subsequent rollout stages will be provided by OAAIS Customer Support, who can be reached by calling 415-514-4100, option 2.
