New User Interface for Help.ucsf.edu: Monday, July 13, 2009
OAAIS is pleased to announce the July 13, 2009 launch of the new Online Customer Support user interface at http://help.ucsf.edu.
With the new application, you will notice increased user flexibility with the inclusion of many more options for placing orders and making service inquiries. Once you’re logged in to the upgraded system, you will be able to add attachments and even edit a ticket after it’s been submitted, features that were not available with the previous online application.
Please note: http://help.ucsf.edu and the request application will be unavailable most of this weekend, between 10:00 p.m. Friday, July 10, through 7:00 p.m. Sunday, July 12, while the upgrade is taking place.
