QuickTime 7.6.4

Apple has released security update “APPLE-SA-2009-09-09-2 QuickTime 7.6.4” to announce the release of security enhancements to protect all users against multiple vulnerabilities. The most severe vulnerabilities could allow a remote, unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO PROTECT YOUR SYSTEM:

1. Do NOT take action if you have a Computer Support Coordinator (CSC); your CSC will apply the update for you or assist in instructing you.

2. If you do not have a CSC, updates may be obtained from the Software Update application, or from the Apple Downloads site: http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/.
