OAAIS Emergency Operation Center team leads participate in the annual Campus Emergency Operations Center Exercise. |

Payroll System Test Annual Test (Annual) |
The Payroll System fail-over process from the master site to the replica site is tested annually. |

Business Continuity Lunch & Learn (Bi-Annual) |
A brief and informal training event scheduled during lunch to assist OAAIS staff in learning more about Business Continuity. |

Newsletter (Bi-Annual) |
A newsletter to help OAAIS staff become familiar with the business continuity process and OAAIS efforts to restore operations in the event of a disruption. |

Emergency Operations Center Plan Tabletop Exercise |
A training exercise for the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) team where members must respond to a simulated disaster. |

OAAIS Feedback Survey (Annual) |
An annual survey administered to OAAIS staff to collect feedback and review opportunities for process improvement. |
