Microsoft Licensing Information

2008

Please note: for the 2008 MCCA renewal, UC has moved to a new reseller - SHI. That change is currently underway. The renewal process will essentially be the same. Contact information for account representatives and the website URL are here and will be on the renewal emails SHI sends out mid-April.

For additional information or to purchase new MCCA licenses contact Campus Procurement and Business Contracts (CPBC).

2007

Products Covered:

The campus agreement desktop bundle includes Office 2007 Enterprise Edition (including One Note and Groove), Windows OS, and Core Client Access Licenses or CALs (Windows, Exchange, SMS, and SharePoint Portal server).

Terms of License/Restrictions

Current license holders have locked in annual renewal rates through 2009. New enrollees will pay slightly higher rates and their licenses will also terminate in 2009.
