This software is available to UCSF users with a valid Remedy account.

Obtaining the Product:

Please READ the documentation below before installing Remedy software. It contains important installation instructions regarding PeopleSoft application.

First read the Remedy Install/Upgrade Instructions, then download the appropriate application.

• Remedy User 6.3.0 (patch 003) Windows 2000/XP (.exe, 41.7 MB) (application/octet-stream, 43.8 MB, info)
• Remedy Alert 6.3.0 (patch 003) Windows 2000/XP (.exe, 22.15 MB) (application/octet-stream, 23.2 MB, info). Only certain users need the Alert application. Contact Shawn Hall to be sure you need this.
• Remedy User 7.1.0 Windows Vista (.exe, 113 MB) (, bytes, info)
