Feedback on Phase I ActiveSync and BlackBerry Enterprise Security Measures
Last July, the UCSF CIO group decided to implement security measures for BlackBerry Enterprise and ActiveSync* devices connecting to the UCSF Exchange email services. The purpose of these measures is to mitigate information security risks and comply with UCSF Information Security and Confidentiality Policy 650-16.
As you know, Phase I security measures were implemented earlier this month. We would appreciate your feedback about the deployment process and would also like to know if there are any outstanding concerns about how these changes have impacted use of your mobile device. Please reply to me, send email to CustomerSupport@ucsf.edu or call 415-514-4100, option 2.
