IT Governance Committee
CHARGE:
-
Direct and oversee activities of all UCSF IT governance structure committees and task forces;
-
Review and approve recommendations for policies, standards, and guidelines and communicate these to the user community;
-
Review, approve, and submit request for budget/funding;
-
Encourage and facilitate communication among campus and medical center IT governance committees;
-
Ensure communication between the UCSF IT governance committees and the UCSF community;
-
Appoint Chairs of governance committees and task forces; and
-
Review and advise on committee and task force membership to ensure broad UCSF participation.
