Administrative Systems Advisory Committee (ASAC)
ASAC's role has been superseded by the Administrative Information Systems Board. Their task is to continue to expand upon the exceptional administrative systems planning work and implementation oversight conducted over the last eight years by this committee.
CHARGE:
-
Develop a business architecture and master plan for administrative and financial systems, and a mechanism to keep the plan current with the involvement of appropriate stakeholders;

Prioritize/sequence needs for the immediate future and update those needs each year for use in preparing funding requests as part of the annual budget process; and
-
Establish standards-based architecture for enterprise-wide administrative and financial information systems.
